ARI 458 Pickup L alias "Popemobile" in use at the GOL Market in South Tyrol (Italy)
Vehicles from ARI Motors are not only driven in Germany. Today we want to introduce one of our customers in South Tyrol, Italy, where an ARI 458 Pickup L has found a home. Vinzenz Fliri runs the "GOL Market", a grocery store in the municipality of Taufers, which also delivers goods directly to the customer. For this purpose, Mr. Fliri decided on an ARI 458 after an internet search because he found it visually appealing and was convinced of the price-performance ratio. The vehicle is a special successor, as it replaced a model of the world-famous three-wheeled Piaggio Ape.
And so the Pickup-ARI has been delivering food and other goods to customers for a few months, a service that the grocer is in great demand especially in Covid-19 times. During the week, the vehicle covers around 150 km (93 mi.) in the region around Taufers and, according to Vinzenz Fliri, has only had positive reactions. He was often asked where he got this vehicle from. And the ARI 458 Pickup L also has a nickname, namely "Popemobile", like the vehicles that the Pope uses for his public appearances. So the Ari has heavenly blessings on all paths...
